Laura Burns
Laura is a passionate yoga teacher and Ayurveda therapist living in Thun. She discovered yoga quite by chance over 20 years ago and knew immediately: "This is my calling". She has a great fascination for the body and its healing and expressive powers, breathing and the various facets of the mind.
Her yoga classes in the studio and on her online platform lead to peace and quiet through mindful and flowing movements. 10 years ago, in an ashram in India, she discovered the thousand-year-old health teachings and philosophy of life of Ayurveda, which developed hand in hand with the yoga philosophy. As an Ayurveda therapist for massage and nutrition, she helps people to find their harmonious state again and to recognize their individual nature. She finds inspiration in nature, in books and in profound conversations.
